Welding & Repair
MIG, TIG, and stick welding for structural repair and broken equipment that needs to run again today. Cracked frames, snapped mounts, and worn attachment points — if it's broken, we weld it back to spec instead of talking you into a replacement.
Pipe & Tube Collars
Custom collars cut and welded to your exact pipe or tube OD — used to cap a section, join two lengths, set a stop, or reinforce a joint. Every collar is fit to the pipe in front of us, not pulled off a shelf, so it seats clean and holds.

Measure the Pipe
Before anything gets cut, we measure the actual pipe or tube OD in front of us with calipers and a micrometer — not a size chart.
Machine to Tolerance
Each collar is machined to hold within a few thousandths of an inch (0.001") of that measurement, so it seats snug with no gap and no shim needed.

Brody's Fab Shop LLC is a working metal shop — not a showroom. Every job comes off the same floor and gets the same attention, whether it's a bracket that takes twenty minutes or a repair that takes all day. We build and fix things that get used hard, so we build them to take it.
Layout & Design
We start from your sketch, sample part, or rough measurements and lay it out full-scale before any steel gets cut — so surprises get caught on paper, not in the weld.
Cutting & Forming
Plasma and torch cutting for sheet and plate, then press brake bending and rolling to bring the flat steel into its final shape.
Urgent Repair Welding
When equipment goes down, we move fast — MIG, TIG, or stick, whichever process fits the material and the joint — without cutting corners on quality, so it's fixed right the first time.
Finish & Inspection
Grinding, deburring, and a final check against the original spec before anything leaves the shop.
Right now, Brody's Fab Shop is built around what we do best: precision pipe and tube collaring. Welding and repair are a growing part of the shop, and we're steadily building that expertise so it meets the same standard customers already expect from our collar work.
